This is our standard insurance cover and is automatically included with every rental.

Your Responsibility:
- You are responsible for the first NZD $3,000 of any damage, loss, or repair costs resulting from an accident or incident.
- If repair costs exceed NZD $3,000, your maximum liability remains capped at NZD $3,000, provided you have complied with the Rental Agreement.

Your Responsibility:
Provided you:
- Drive in accordance with the Rental Agreement.
- Are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Do not drive recklessly or negligently.
- Only authorised drivers operate the vehicle.
- Report any accident or damage immediately.
There is no excess payable for covered damage or loss.
Important Information
Insurance cover may become void, and the renter may be responsible for the full cost of repairs or replacement if:
- The vehicle is driven by an unauthorised driver.
- The driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- The vehicle is used illegally or recklessly.
- The Rental Agreement is breached.
- Damage is intentionally caused.
- The accident is not reported as required.
